i'm so excited that party monster is finally playing here. i think i'm gonna go to the drexel at 3 and see it. macaulay culkin is in it!!! he's playing michael alig, this gay boy who moved from the midwest to new york in order to become a "club kid" but then smokes too much crack and whatnot and ends up killing his drug dealer, true story. i was always facinated with the club kids on geraldo when i was a little girl.
i survived work last night without freaking out once. we were on a wait until 10:30 at night and people couldn't fit in the lobby anymore and started crowding around the wine hutch and blocking me from getting to my tables. children were playing on the floor and running around like it was a playground. it was kind of like running through an obstacle course with heavy china plates and filled glasses on my shoulder. now my back is killing me.
i wanna go sit at a coffee shop, i think i'll wait till john gets up to see if he wants to go. this place scottie macbeans is great, you buy one cup of coffee and get free refills, and they have grogg there, i love grogg.
