had to take the puppy to the vet today. He's had two nights of the runs, and since he's so small I'm always afraid of dehydration. Lots of money later, he's had iv fluids, shots, blood work, exams. He was supposed to have a poop exam but he's pooped out. So I get to collect it later. YUM! Moe has a sensitive tummy, so any little thing, and he's got diarrhea. Doctor thinks it's Irritable Bowl Syndrome, but I'm not gonna spend the money, and expose Moe to the trauma of an upper and lower gi just to verify that diagnosis. We came home from the vet with special food, and all kinds of pre and probiotics.
Blech. Plus with Moe's problem, he was up 4 times last night. Why he only seems to get the runs at night is beyond me. I still gotta got to Target and get some more meds for him, and it's pouring rain.
