Tragic News

First of all I just want to say that since now school's out, I can start updating more often (and by more often i mean more than once every 3 months).

But all that seems rather unimportant compared to this bit of sad news.

Just a few days ago, i was chatting electronically with a dear friend of mine (and a friend of many of yours) Mr. Taylor S. Hardy. We got into a rather heated debete (the topic of which eludes my memory). Anyway, in a rather uncharacteristic violently threatening move by Mr. Hardy, he pulled out his light-saber and threatened my life with it. Seconds later, he suddenly went away. I was stunned. What had happened to Mr. Hardy?? My mind began to explore the worst-case scenario. Could he have accidentally stabbed himself?? Surely not. I've always known Taylor as a very cautious man (especially when dealing with light-sabers). I spent a very sleepless night wondering and worrying about Taylor's welfare. Luckily, I was able to tell him a secret family remedy for such light-saber wounds (this assuming that he had indeed wounded himself with his light-saber). My Uncle Jeff is too a victim of light-saber carelessness (this may be the reason I am so sensitive to this topic). Through Jeff's ordeal, we learned that putting relish on the fresh wound will dramatically speed up the healing process.

The next day, my fears were confirmed. Taylor had severed his arm. But, luckily he got my message about the relish and applying it to his wound allowed him to acheive a speedy recovery. Taylor's arm is now a prosthetic, and he is quickly adjusting to his new arm.

My reson for writing this is simple, I have personally suffered a great deal with the pain caused by light-saber accidents. Please, Please, keep your light-sabers out of the reach of children and try to keep all light-saber related activities safe.

Thank you and heed my warning. Also, feel free to send Taylor your words of encouragement as he battles through this ordeal.

Thanks again,
Peace, Love, & Meerkats!
