No Spell Begging?

I've spent some time in local cooking and crafting forums lately. It got me thinking about spells.

In the cooking forum, participants could discuss a single recipe for aeons. Thousands of words on the proper amount of salt, is thyme better than rosemary, and how much time should the meat spend in the oven: 20 minutes, or precisely 18. And they don't necessarily discuss gourmet recipes. They usually discuss the minutae of meat balls, chicken stock, rice and pasta.

The crafting forum is more focused on the process rather than the ingredients. Discussions usually revolve around variations of painting, sewing, or knitting techniques. They have flame wars about the correct brush size for applying glitter on crackled faux-finish.

Reading all that, it occured to me that I really miss that kind of interaction regarding spellworking.

And, okay, spellworking is private. I realize that. It isn't discussed much online just like favorite sex positions don't get discussed much. And there's the need to avoid the annoying spell-beggers, too. And yet... I miss that kind of creative discussion. It could spark so many new ideas.
