Labels, Content, Intellectual Honesty, Religious Honesty

The discussion at TC about Pagan atheism really left me drained and exhausted. I spent so much time explaining stuff and debating things, when really, I don't *care* if people rightly define themselves as Pagan or not. I don't care if people understand atheism or not. It may annoy me on the intellectual level. I may spend 5 seconds despising folks' logical abilities, but it doesn't *matter* in my life. It has no effect on my relationships with other Pagans, on my relationship with divinity, or on my perception of witchcraft. I stopped looking at labels long time ago. I'm looking at content, practice, and consistency. And that, sadly, is very rare in the Pagan community. It's especially rare in the online Pagan community. But you know what, despite living in a godforsaken corner of the world - I found what I'm looking for. I found wonderful people who know what they're talking about. I found sane Wiccans and intelligent Ceremonial Magicians. I found Feri. I found Reclaiming. I shouldn't spend so much time entertaining Christo-Wiccans and atheist Pagans. Whatever for.
