Ok, it's sad when the kitten is staggering across the floor...
So the six month old kitten weighs 8 lbs. 12 oz. (by comparison, fully-grown Topaz weighs 7 lbs. 10 oz.) and is now free of two (I assume two) testicles.
But he was also still looped and couldn't keep any traction on the hardwood floor. Gave him about an ounce of food and locked him back up in his crate, set the crate in his sunny sleeping spot and he totally crashed out.
Here's to hopes of a less crazed cat that Topaz might not growl at.
