I absolutely adore David Tennant - that's no secret. And the Buffy Cast was superb. (As was the Gilmore Girls cast). But ...
There's only one possible answer to this one and that's The West Wing. Ensemble casts like this can be tricky, but it doesn't get better than Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, Bradley Whitford, John Spencer, Janel Malone, Richard Schiff, Rob Lowe and Stockard Channing.
Amazing, absolutely brilliant actors that took everything that was thrown at them and threw their very best right back at it to create some of the best television ever made. The comedic timing between them all was spot on, the dramatics were perfect, the "walk and talks" were rocking. These people had some seriously quick and sometimes tedious dialogue to deliver and they always did it brilliantly. There wasn't a single member of the main cast that bothered me and I loved the majority of the supporting cast as well. Really. This show was just loaded with talent and I'm thrilled because that is absolutely what made it the brilliant show that it is.
