I loved this. Very well done. I'm certainly excited to read the rest. I thought you captured Rose's turmoil in the beginning very well, and the Doctor's incredible patience with her. I also like that you added a couple of things, made him have ticks that the 'real' doctor doesn't have, since he is a metacrisis and has a bit of Donna in him.

Awwww, thank you so very, very much. Luckily for you the rest is written so you don't have *too* long to wait.

It was tricky to achieve the right balance in this because there is a danger of making Rose overly distraught over the Doctor or making her accept TenII too easily. It was important to me that the evolution was as natural as possible.

I'm glad you liked the unique things I added to him. I decided early on to treat him a lot like I would a fully regenerated Doctor. He is still very much the same man, but he comes with his own new set of tricks and characteristics too. That said, he's also still very much Ten. So again, it was about getting the right balance. I'm glad you liked that part.

WHOO HOO! This story is made of 'win' on so many levels. Mainly, of course, because it's written *g* for me, but also because it's such a doggone WONDERFUL story!

Of course, having read the whole thing (at least 3 times now) in its entirety, I can say to everyone right here and now ... IT'S FANTASTIC! And just wait until ... happens, and also ...! No, not gonna give away the plot (might be bribed, though); everyone has to wait. But I promise, you WILL squeeeeee!

It was all you, kiddo; all you! Awww thank you for that. I have to give cookie2697 due credit though. She constantly pushed me to make it better and better. In fact she still is - there are lots of things that are still being rewritten and tweaked in future chapters. Which is good. It will make your reread as I post less boring. :)
