Advent Drabble December 23rd -- Shakespeare (Requested by cookie 2697)
I was travelling today (well yesterday now) so I wasn't able to post this in time. I'll be posting todays drabble right after this one as well.
"Will," the Doctor hissed, poking his head out of the narrow alley.
"Doctor?" William Shakespeare looked stunned. "I didn't think I'd ever see you again."
"Things change."
Shakespeare eyed him speculatively. "Something's wrong."
"No, no. Everything's fine." The Doctor rocked back and forth on his heels. "I thought you might like an adventure." He hearded Shakespeare down the alley to the TARDIS.
"What is this fine contraption, sir?" Shakespeare asked curiously.
"My transportation. Care for a visit to Freedonia?"
"You're sure everything is okay?"
"Of course," the Doctor said quickly.
Will studied him a moment, then shrugged. "Sure, why not?"
"Will," the Doctor hissed, poking his head out of the narrow alley.
