Challenge #2: Alternate Universe
The second monthly challenge at lorelai_decaf is Alternate Universes. You can interpret this prompt any way you wish, from placing canon characters in a whole other universe to changing a single event in canon.
(And yes, I know this community isn't exactly active, but I'm going to keep posting challenges anyway.)
As always, any genre, rating and pairing (other than Luke/Lorelai) is allowed.
All entries in the challenge should be tagged with your username, characters and pairings, medium ("fic," "icons," etc.), and the challenge tag: "challenge: alternate universe."
The challenge will run until the end of the month, however, you should feel free to post challenge response fics at any time.
