Well, not a whole artist, but just a picture.
A vampire of evil portents, and such..
K, so picture this: This guy is a police officer, but not a police officer. He's masquerading as one, but is really a deranged serial killer. When exposed from the facade he puts on, his eyes glow with a malevolent light of their own. Smoke billows out from his eyes as the masks of reality are burned from his vision, allowing him to see the madness, the truth, beneath it all... It is for this that he kills.
