Overview:

The Data Analyst’s responsibility is to analyze what data is to be entered into the TCS systems, solve discrepancies to support data maintenance activities of TCS’s 9-1-1 services in a timely manner, and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Processing data from wireless carriers, PSAPs and internal customers on a daily basis (examples; cell site maintenance request), as well as supporting ad hoc projects such as data clean-up projects.

NOC Technical Support Specialist
Summary of Duties:

This position resides within the 24 x 7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and is responsible for providing first class customer support to internal and external agencies such as wireless carriers and Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Responsibilities include answering all incoming calls, logging, tracking and following up on all customer issues. Perform preliminary troubleshooting and issue isolation on all issues reported by the customer. Will also be required to pursue further training on a proactive basis. VSAT Engineer
Assist/lead engineers and in VSAT and/or RF related pre-sales, design and post-sales support. Will primarily perform initial network design, system layout, schematics, proof of concept and system commissioning. May also be required to assist on RF portions of network installations. Reports to the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design satellite-based solutions, to include logical design, link budgets, cost estimation, input to work breakdown schedule, satellite and terrestrial bandwidth requirements and hardware configuration (selection, bill of materials), and documentation, in support of customer requirements and other Government Solutions Group (GSG) activities, as required.
• Strong knowledge of RF theory is required. iDirect and Linkway experience is a plus.

Summary of Functions:

The primary responsibilities of the Web Developer/Content Manager position is to design, develop, and implement web-based applications that are directly related to a prominent DoD Agency. Safety & Occupational Health Specialist
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Assists in managing, planning, directing, evaluating and controlling SOH program requirements that apply to the staff. Provides technical consultations and guidance to Activity Heads and their designated collateral duty SOH personnel involved in various agency operations. Ensures compliance with all applicable SOH regulations. Prepares local operating procedures and safety guidelines based on supplements, regulations and manuals. Provides comments for the development and implementation of plans, policies, and procedures to sustain the safety Program.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Comprehensive knowledge of Safety and Occupational Health management and Federal policies and standards, principles, practices, procedures and bodies of law, and regulations or precedent decisions applicable to safety and occupational health management. Should also be knowledgeable of SOH regulations, techniques, procedures, practices, standards and inspection procedures required to identify hazards. This knowledge enables the SOH manager to plan, organize and administer the SOH program, recommend or implement new techniques and methods, and resolve critical problems resulting from unique changing work processes; hazardous human-machine relationships; and multiple work functions.
