Summary of Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the Web Developer/Content Manager position is to design, develop, and implement web-based applications that are directly related to a prominent DoD Agency. The candidate should have a working knowledge of current web tools to meet future initiatives that will increase the utility of the current DOD Agency website for its customer base. The candidate will maintain several Microsoft ASP-based web applications using JSP, ASP, AJAX, jQuery, and CSS. The candidate must have experience with Java web application technologies, especially Oracle ADF, to develop new applications to improve upon and replace the current web applications. The ideal candidate will also have experience with MVC, Object-oriented programming and design patterns, and Oracle database technologies including PL/SQL. Duties and Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Assists in managing, planning, directing, evaluating and controlling SOH program requirements that apply to the staff. Provides technical consultations and guidance to Activity Heads and their designated collateral duty SOH personnel involved in various agency operations. PRIMARY DUTIES:
