Most of whom would not even be white, they would be in places without modern medicine. Africans, Indians. (The real ones, not the ones we annihilated with smallpox.) So really, you have to divide it by like one thousand. The Daily Show's American history textbook has a conversion table: 2,000 slaughtered Congolese = 500 drowned Bangladeshi = 13 Congolese castrated by witchcraft = 1 snipered American.
The last time we were attacked with anthrax we totally had to give those people anti-biotics. It was really hard core.
