tech support

over 4/5ths of the tech support I have called for work and home have had hard to understand acents. Why is it that we can't have easier to understand tech support?
Just curious it takes 3 times as long to get your question across and you hope you did.. they you hope you can understand their reply enough to get the thing fixed.
O well that's my rant.. on hold with dell for 2 hard drive crashes at work while they look up part numbers and such. .. blah
