"Gasping for Air, Grasping for Sanity" or "Phlegm & Fever; Forays into the Unconscious"
This week end was rough. I was sick with phlegm and fever. I want to impress upon y'all the significance of this. The last time I got sick with a cold was in 1992. I have not had a cold in 16 years!
During my fevered nights I had many recurring obsessive dreams that would carry on for hours upon hours.
9/13/2008 Saturday night I had an obssessive dream I call Cannibalism a la Hoffman.
- In the dream I holding a multiple choice ballot and a tiny squat #2 pencil. I have to choose between:
A. Abbey Hoffman ()
B. Naked Lunch ()
C. Abattoir ()
There is no question only the three answers to choose from. Actually there were more answers but I never got that far down on the list. I could never narrow it down among the first three. This dream lasted from 4 am till about 6am with the same gasping for air and grasping for sanity schedule.
9/14/2008 Sunday Night I dreampt up a little psychosis I call Tobacco Juice.
- In the dream I would fill my dad's old ash tray up with tobacco and pour water in it. Then I would take an eye dropper and fill it up with the tobacco juice. Then I would painstakingly place little drops of Marlboro moisture on my outstretched pinky. If any of the drops touched and fused together I would wipe off my pinky and try it again. This dream would continue until my sleep apnea kicked in and I woke up gasping for air. This continued for several hours. *I believe dreampt should be a word*
I happy to announce that last night I slept soundly without fever. But I did have this dream.

- In the dream I am in an old Victorian mansion dressed for the period. There are all these very sexy Vampire women trying to turn me into a Vamp. Somehow I a so sexy I seduce them all to have sex with me instead.
I suppose predictable, heterosexual fantasies means I'm healthy :P
