On the socialism issue. Can we say labor unions? Removing the secret ballot which Obama supports. What is next will we remove the secret ballot from elections for public officials so that we can be harassed into voting the correct way? Redistribution of wealth as Obama desires is another opening to socialism. Raise the taxes on the rich. Fund more broken programs for the lower class. Increase our dependance on mother government. The rich(upper 8%) already pay i believe it was 45% of the taxes in this country. While the lower 42% I believe it was paid nothing and actually got refunds on money they never paid. Tax the oil companies more (Windfall profits tax) These profits amont to .08 per gallon of gas. When you sell an F ton of gas that adds up. While the government makes .45 per gallon. Hmmm maybe Cut the gass tax. Increase production and americans would have more to spend and the economy would florish not crash.
The democtaric congress has been destroying democratic process since they came into power. If I rememeber correctly something like 288 out of 295 bills were passed w/o a vote or discussion. Not to mention Pelosi's little stunt to avoid a vote or discussion on domestic drilling. Add to the mix an inexperienced democratic president and blammo end of freedom faster then we can blink. Thank goodness the supreme court upheld the right to bear arms.
