Novel Progress
Well, I got my first rejection letter from DAW today.
Amazingly fast, actually. I only sent the novel in a couple of weeks ago. In literary terms, it was almost instantaneous. So at least I didn't have to wait several months for rejection.
Although I might have asked that they waited until after the holidays to mail it. I get depressed enough around the holidays without any help. I'm now getting a strong urge to drink enough to black out.
