idk, that's an option, my parents may not go for it though, we'll see. if someone else took their car, i'd totally offer to drive, not that you'd really want me to drive.

it's only 3 hours longer than driving...? not to mention with driving you would have to make a few stops.

well i mean like the only option for amtrack is like later in the day so i'd get back at like 2 in the morning

eh, that isn't too bad... you can sleep on the train. But basically the trip doesn't sound too practical in either situation, so like I said, going when school is out would probably be better.

yeah i know, but like it's hard and i think it'd help just to be able to be there for one day i dunno. of course it'd make more sense to go over summer, but like i think it's important i go now. if only i could get back earlier on friday, i could leave friday and then it'd kinda solve that entire thing

I think it'd be wasting gas/time/money to only go up for one or two nights, but that's just my opinion. I get that it's important to you... but you've waited this long, what's another couple months?
