John Reynolds dietary plan that is working

Friend of mine who's body was falling apart due to weight and failing parts has been turning it around . This is what he wrote about what he's doing:

Here's what I take each day religiously.
800 mg Alpha-lipoic acid(spread out over four times a day)
1000 mg green tea extract (spread out)
30000 mcg of allicin(odorless garlic extract, again spread out)
100 mg potasium
2 tablets Super B complex (too much to list here)
200 mg of red wine extract
250 mg magnesium (might up that to 500 mg soon)
600 mg calcium
10000 IUs of D3
4000 mg vitamin C

I need to find policosanol online as Wally World doesn't carry it. That's the last part of the PAGG stack that really is what is driving the weight loss

John R Reynolds: Just a note here on Tim Ferris and his book, Four Hour Body. I believe him when he says I can add 30 lbs of lean muscle in six weeks with four hours gym time. He's been spot on with everything so far. My energy level is way up. I sleep sounder and for shorter amounts of time because of him. Right now I need to get to my goal of 190 lbs(ONLY 52 lbs away, lol) and then adding. My back, glutes, traps and hamstrings and much stronger because of the kettle bell and that's only three times a week.
