Semagic, I miss you!
At Ryan's.
I feel shanghai'd a bit. I wanted to come hang out with Mike, Matt, and Dave buuut, I thought the hanging out would be limited to going out to eat. So I didn't bring anything with me.
You know anything... any knitting things.
So sad. My first real trip to yarn stores today and here I am stuck without a damn-knit thing to do.
So I'm looking at Flickr and whatever comes from that. I've found some very interesting things.
One, a bull-terrier named Argyle... mostly all white with two pointy (read diamond shaped) tan ears. So very, very cute.
Two, a lil' pay it forward thing of junk-dispersal. Monday giveaways... very cool, bloggers offering up items from their stash, remnants, or whatnot to the first person who asks for it.
Three, a google search that leads me to discover the first online sign of a good friend from elementary school. Sadly it is in the form of an Amazon.com list. She was my first "weird" friend. She embraced weirdness. And judging from her wish list still does.
