Took another PFT this morning and got personal bests in all three. Went 12 deadhang pull ups (-40), 100 crunches (max points) and 22:20 on the 3 mile (-26). I got 234/300 which is only one point away from a first class score though I am expected to get 280+ before they send me to OCS. Last time I only got 79 crunches, 7 pull ups, and a 26+ minute run so these were good gains for me. Huge gains really since it has only been six weeks; my success can be credited to crossfit's kick ass programing. Check it out (it's all free):

The gain on the run was sick since I DID NOT RUN during those six weeks except what was called for in the WODs (not a lot), with the exception of a pace 5k two days before the PFT. I am going to start 'crossfit endurance' (www.crossfitendurance.com) workouts in addition to the regular workouts 2-3 times a week and see if I can get a sub twenty time before the end of the year.
