Stars showed brightly in the night. The reflecting of whatever little light there was off of the snow lit up the sky with an eerie dim hue. The wet, black driveway had recently resurfaced in its entire splendor. Trees of maple and pine loomed overhead casting shadows of terror through my body. This terror was, and will forever be unequaled. This was the terror of the unknown, of what is to come about in the sands of time, be it your perpetual doom or just another drop of rain. What would transpire from this meeting of two souls? Would it be a moment of everlasting joy and love or would it be a moment of grief stricken sadness and hatred? Whatever the result of the case to come matters not, for how are you to change your predetermined life of joy and grief? All at once the terror ends. Exorcised from the soul by flowing blond hair. Eyes of misty blue mended any wounds of the love worn heart. The only emotion powerful enough to subdue terror is that of love. It is when time and space cease to continue and all that remains is the perfection holding your hand. It is a rough ride back to reality when it all must float away like smoke at the days end. No worries though, it will return again.
