Ok, the best quote EVER!!! A little background first. My father had written this article about Impeachment a few years ago that got very high praise and was cited by important magazines, court officials, etc. Well it's also being used in Venzuela as a basis for restructuring their judicial system, and then there are dozens and dozens of Korean sites that quote it as well (in Korean of course which neither of us can read unfortunately). When we translate the site the resulting mess of whatever sentence of his they were quoting is the best thing ever.
