Latest Simon R Green Book
I have finished Man with the Golden Torc. It was fun, but not as good as some of his previous books. It felt alot like the Hawk and Fisher series and Nightside, but it felt like an imitation or a combination, rather than a new setting. Though I was thrilled at what I think was a reference to John Taylor (when is the next book due out?), the setting just wasn't as rich and intriguing as the the Nightside or Haven. That and the characters just weren't as interesting. No stand out characters that made me say "That's awesome!" But I guess I'll wait for the next book to see if he can get any if that in. Now back to Bioshock. Things keep on coming up and the season has just started. I'm gonna fall behind at this rate.
