So it's finals week, and everything was going well. I got my final projects in, I did ok on my Econ 101 final, and it looked like everything was going to be okay.
Then physics 103 happened.
Bombed.
For those of you unfamiliar with my current academic standing, I was on post appeal academic probation, as in I was in trouble for the third semester in a row. This is the one where you pass 12 credits, or you get booted out without being able to appeal.
And I bombed the physics final, despite studying for the past week like crazy.
I'm packing up Pagan House - at least all of my stuff. So it looks like Alek will be here alone. I don't know what that means for him, but no real choice there.
If you are "Old Pan" and know which odds and ends around the house are yours, we have agreed to return them to you. (Tapestries, things in old boxes, that sort of thing) Things that Alek will be using right now will not be returned until the end of the year. Things that will be, will come with me to be returned to you. After all, Rita isn't renting the house next year, since her daughter is turning the place into her art studio.
I will be building the Aluminiferous Ether this spring. I'm learning welding and LED light programming. I've emailed the bus seller. This will happen, and it is happening NEXT. This year, as I said, the Burning Man art theme is "The Future". This is the best chance for Jiggawatt to get started that it may ever have. So I'm doing it. If you dig steam punk, railroads or my tripped out idea of "The Late 1900s", and are free in late August, dress up in your best S.P. regalia and come with me! I will be assembling the final parts in Massachusetts, and driving cross country. You want to come, the big ass light up bus-turned-lightup steam engine will come pick you up! I'll be bringing jugglers, stilt walkers, fire artists, musicians and all sorts of loony types. These are the things that dreams are made of!
Yours truly, now and forever,
Basiliferous Ether
