Gigs (Part 2)
Some of you may have read about my earlier post regarding the gigs that were planned for House of Rock. I managed to speak with the organiser and clear some of my doubts. Apparently the gigs are not specifically for chinese rock bands but rather, they're there for the band itself to showcase their stuff. That being confirmed, I take back what I said in my earlier post about people not coming to see us. At least now that things are cleared up, I have no hestitation in inviting people to watch us play.
First gig went pretty well. We made some mistakes but overall it was pretty good and a fun experience nonetheless. Finally got to know the name of the guy at L Cube who couldn't type properly due to Andrew's cocksterism. Thanks to Ah Wei, Frankie, Reila, Darren (and everyone else whose name's I forget) for being there to watch us =)
Next Gig: 8th July @ House of Rock @ 7.30 pm
Please DO come to see us play if you can >=) I'll not reveal the whole setlist but we'll definitely be playing 2 Laruku songs, an uber old one and a very popular one. No prizes for those who can guess them =p
