Just a quick note - I would like to officially express my utter delight at the news that the Privy Council in London has overturned the murder convictions against David Bain. I am one of many who believe Bain was innocent. The Privy Council said he should be given a retrial. I say he should get a full pardon and a shitload of compensation.
Joe Karam, who for the last ten years has been fighting on Bain's behalf at great personal and financial cost, should also receive some kind of commendation. I suggest New Zealander Of The Decade.
