Seasons they are a changin'

I think I am going to call winter over and construction begining. The parkway west is once again under construction. This time is near the I-79 interchange. OK, it was there pretty much the last year. I saw them last night actually working on the road again.

So, Pittsburgh's other season is starting... Construction.

South Western PA has two wonderful seasons:
Winter
Construction

Fun, fun, fun. I am curious how much getting anywhere is going to suck.
