I've been giving some serious thought to purchasing a house.
The Time is just right the housing market has some really low prices and now that i have had a credit card for a while (small credit rating) and a steady job that i could suffer til i pay of this loan this might be the perfect time to do so.
I made a meeting to see an a 3rd party home loans guy, that basically goes from bank to bank seeing if i'm a viable loan risk, but i had to cancel as i was tired as sin.
Aparently i should have a few months worth of good pay slips first anyway, so expect me to be much the hermit til maybe the september.
The current plan is to get the house live in it for 6 months (for the first home buyers loan) and then rent it out to the army. They do long term periods tho, like 5 years but the rent is good and they do all the maitenance. Pay off the loan ASAP and then maybe take out another mortgage agaist the home for another house perchase.
2 Possible house's before i'm 25 ? I can't belive house crazy that sounds but it may be true.
