This is probably the most absurd conservative thing I've seen since I heard that Ann Coulter was writing Slander. Honestly, the Communist Manifest as THE most harmless book of all time. ABOVE Mine Kampf Mind you. There is no legitimate reason for that since the doctrine in and of itself doesn't preach hatred of race or creed, simply an that it's simply this conservative group and that the overthrow of a conservative system of economy which fucks the lower classes. I keep on having to reassure myself books they list are harmful in that they are inherent threats to conservative culture. But come on, Keynes and Betty Friedan as harmful scholars? Keynes was pivotal in reconstructing economies following the depression and Friedan's book is one of the major texts in the feminist movement. Harmful simply because it disparages conservative fiscal sense and conservative views of women? Fuck that shit.
