Conundrum
I feel like I am in a conundrum. April is an interesting month and I am stuck between two choices of traveling. I need to blow vacation next year like there is no tomorrow since I've already hit the cap for vacation at work (next year becomes use it or lose it). So, there is a Sci-Fi convention in Germany I am thinking of attending and blowing about 2 weeks or more of vacation, but the other option is the TCM Classic Film festival. I really want to go to this. We are talking about the premiere of a newly restored print of, "A Star is Born," from 1954 with Judy Garland. The restored print of Metropolis with the 27 minutes of found footage from Buenos Aires is making its North American Premiere, plus the 50th Anniversary of Breathless. Shit it is all looking fantastic!
