I just had a situation like that, where the person wasn't even listening. Maybe we can try raising our hands and wait to be called on like 4th graders.
St. Croix The Minnesota side of the St. Croix has better driving. Obviously, there are tons of places to stop in Stillwater. Prescott is kinda cool too.
River Road River Road is super fun, but not very fast. It's a good quick cruise though because it only takes maybe an hour. If you've never been to Town Hall, it's a great place to stop for lunch and a pint.
University Ave Not exactly a fun drive, but lots of good car watching on Friday and Saturday nights in the summer.
Minneapolis Lakes This one is easy to integrate into the River Road cruise if you're looking for a longer drive. I like to start around Lake Nokomis, then hop on Minnehaha Pkwy which will take you right to Lake Harriet. Then of course you can hop over to Lake Calhoun, then to that lake just north of it. You end up over by the Guthrie.
If you don't mind, I'm gonna post this to my LJ as well. I think Erik and Matt will have some good input on this.
