depending on the moment, if it feels right (and you have to ask yourself as if you were her duke, cause i know you want to kiss all the time, except when you want to do other things....) go for it and kiss her. but otherwise ask. when are you going to come hang out with us?

oh just kiss her, if she doesn't like it she'll let you know, and then you can go back to just hanging out with her. But you'll never know until you do it, and if you ask it makes it kind of akward... Ok, is he gonna do it? when? where? if you just do it it takes all that bad suspense out of the situation.
