Visits and fun
Had a muy bueno weekend. Anna and Nicole drove up to move a bunch of Nicole's stuff down to L.A. They got to Berkeley around 1 AM Saturday and Anna crashed at my place. In the morning, I made biscuits and we chatted, catching up on things. It was really nice to see Anna again and just sit and talk. Felt like old times. She was a bit weirded out by my living room. It's basically a copy of Heaven, minus one of the two big blue chairs.
The four of us went over to Sarah's place so Anna and Sarah could try on the bridesmaids dresses one last time. They both looked quite fab, which Nicole was pleased about. As usual, Anna moaned and groaned about how she didn't look good(One of these days, Anna, you'll figure out that you're pretty). Then we all headed out to this Danish store for wedding stuff. After that we had lunch. So we were going to start packing Andrew and Nicole's stuff between 11 and 12. Now it's more like 2:00 when we get started. The best laid plans of mice and men, eh?
Nicole, Andrew, Anna, and I are an awesome packing unit. We're like the armed forces of packing. It was efficient and impressive how much stuff we got into Nicole's van in three hours. Filled it up, we did.
Saw Little Miss Sunshine with Anna, Joey, Jade, and Jade's Ari. Highly recommend you all go see it. Very funny. Hilarious, one might say. Had Sushi for dinner and watched Constantine. Then I botched a batch of brownies (say that 5 times fast). Wow, this is only Saturday.
Sunday, express version: Nicole and Andrew crashed in my place, Anna came over, Asparagus cigars, chicken, and rice for lunch, Batman Begins, bye bye Anna and Nicole, See Leslie's apartment, Study LSAT for hours, Leslie makes steak (yum), more studying, steal Leslie's Led Zeppelin and Sinatra, go to sleep.
Last but certainly not least, Nicole Elyse comes back to Berkeley on Friday!!
