People I work with! Warning discriptions a little Gross
There is this guy at work, I will affectionatly refer as Dumb Ass. He Just plain drive me crazy. He constantly is either Sniffing and sucking up snot back in his head, he also is always snorting which in it's self drives me crazy, and he also has the habit of sneezing like ten times in a row, or blowing his nose nonstop and it lasts for a few minutes.(which I should not complain about considering the alternative) He kept on doing it to the point one day I asked him is he planned on doing it all day. He ask doing what I said sniffing and snorting. I said you been here for 10 minutes, and I have had all I can handle of that. He said I can't help it I have a cold. (He went up and cried to the boss, and lucky for me she was sympathic to my situation.) But he doe's it all the time. He can't be sick like that without there being some kind of problem. Either way he needs to get whatever the problem he has fixed before I end up strangling him. Also he is extremely lazy. He try's to get out of as much work as possible. He waits for me to do it instead of having the iniatative to do it himself. He is extremely clumsy, he is either tripping over something, or dropping or spilling something, he is late for work every day. He has had many more chances to clean up his act then he deserves. I don't mean to sound prejudiced, But in my opinion I think because he is Black they are afraid to fire him. Now I know quite a few black people who are hard workers, but there are some I have ran into who either don't care, or don't have a simplist clue to whats going on, or have been extemely rude. My point being though if you are not willing to do a decent job you should be fired no matter what color or ethnicity you are.
