My Weekend!
Well I was suppose to do a two day Investigation at a Ranch in Navarro County near Corsicana, with a few friends who asked me to go along. But the owner had to go out of town suddenly for a Family emergency, so it was canceled. I had even taken the day off of work so I could leave early and beat the rush traffic. Saturday I was suppose to go out to Wizard Wells, but My friend got sick and could not go. So that also Got Cancelled. I then decided that I wanted to go out Investigating anyway, even by myself which doe's not scare me. So it was a choice between Calloway Cemetery, or Carter Ghost Town in Parker County. Since it was so cold I decided to go to Carter. It took me an hour to get there from the Grapevine Mills Mall where I had made a short stop to look at something. I got there around 8pm. It was already dark, and pretty cold. Some Redneck Teenagers were having a Party in the field next door, and making a lot of noise. I set up my equipment, and put beer cans on the saw horse's sitting in both corners in the front inside of the old Church. I also wanted see what my psychic senses would pick up without anyone else there, so I could better concentrate on what I was sensing. My senses told me that the reason why there was so many Indian attacks, was that they were really angry that they had built the town on their sacred burial ground. I sensed that the church sits on top of part of it, possible the tabernacal too. but all I sensed was that the church sits on top of part of it. I had a pick-up truck speed past the dirt road in front of the church twice. I figure I was taking over their drinking hangout. All I can say is Ha ha! around 9:30 I was really starting to get cold, I checked the Temperature inside the church, It was around 40 inside and 33 outside. I was getting still colder, and had not picked up any activity the whole time I was there. So I was considering calling it a night. Then these people drove up and parked. They were from some Paranormal group in Tarrant county. The walked in the church, where I was, and started setting up their equipment. Now I thought Proper Protocol was to at least ask before you invade a space someone else who got there first and already has their equipment set up. They could have set up their equipment in the tabernacal until I was done. There is a lot of activity there too. It just seemed kind of rude to me to not ask. I need to find a place like Carter that's somewhat inside, but is not so overrun with every Paranormal group in the DFW Metroplex. But if anyone can find a place like that It's me. If I do, I'm telling as few people as possible!
One thing I forgot to mention when I went to Carter was I turned on my Digital, and the rechargable battery I had just charged the night before last was already dead. I changed the battery, and then the Camera started up. I then took a few pictures in front of the Church door way and the camera just seized up. It did this at least twice. Both times being harder to unsieze. I have never had this Camera do this ever. I wonder if i was standing in a Vortex and it causing electrical electrical interferance with it. Just wierd.
