dmc 3 review

Unfortunately for DMC followers, while the game is way cooler than the second edition, it lacks the "bad-ass" quality of the first. Explaining this is easy as pie, satanic, hell-spawned monster meat pie with a slightly burned crust. The characters were what made the original game so extremely awesome. There still is Dante’s silent, foreboding, archangel nemesis, brother, Vergil (who, in an apparent, and successful, attempt to conceal his identity from Dante, changed his name to "Virgil" through the course of the series. Clever bastard). In this prequel, however, he is not so silent, but none the less cool. The sexy, demonic, Trish is lacking, however, and so is her very quotable dialogue (you fool, you were so easy!!). But worst of all is the change in Dante. In the original, Dante was seasoned, he deserved his trash-talking bravado.
