Pickled walnuts are a truly sublime food.
Such strong, rich flavours, such tender flesh, such an interesting colour, such an amazing aroma.

Truly, it is gourmet. A treat for every now and again. My tongue is in nirvana.

I fear the day that I empty the jar of this beautiful delicacy.

If you're not a fan of salty foods, then you probably wouldn't like them. Kinda like salted liquorice, just has a better taste than the liquorice flavour :)~

Was given the jar of them by Sharleen's parents. Apparently they're quite expensive and a very gourmet item, but because they know a guy who makes his own down south, her dad gets a jar given to him each year :)
