(no subject)
I'm pretty much doing anything to procrastinate this French paper some more... I currently have 200 words, so I'm one fifth of the way through. Unfortunately, I've only touched on one of six things she wanted us to talk about. Great :D
Um, let's see, what can I say? Well, I went to Enloe this morning and lugged pine straw bales with the student body president for Key Club (he was there for Student Council, obviously), and he turned out to be a pretty nice guy though his speech last year was deplorable. Then I drove home (without incident, thankfully) and helped my mom get ready for a party she was hosting, and she was flipping out. I cut cantelope, pineapple, apples, and placed grapes on a fruit tray, and sprinkled it with blackberries. Then I made little mini pecan torte things. Then I made quiche. That was probably more intimate detail about my life then you wanted to know.
After that I came up here and played video games for a few hours, read books for a few hours, and now I've been working on my french essay for an hour. *chants* Four more hours to go, four more hours to go. Obviously, I'm not going to finish tonight. But I would like to get at least 600 words done, if not 800. At the rate I'm going, this paper is going to be more than 1000 words though.
Oh, and I like Charlie Burnett (a sophomore at Enloe, who e-mailed me). That is all.
