Happy Qualifications
So yeah, may not get that team lead job I applied for. Not because I'm under-qualified for the job, but because of staffing issues and qualifications of others. It seems that at the moment, there is no one who can replace me if I were to leave. No one (aside from team leads) are currently qualified to take my job. So yay for that! I still have my fingers crossed hoping that I'll still get interviewed, and by some stroke of luck am able to get it.
Oh well, I'm patient.
