Sweet & Kind... with an ounce of luck...

*smiles and nods* Okie... I've safely went and gone back from the distant realms... where things are still relatively proven correct... though in my experiences.. I still think that belief goes a long way... ^^

In this scenario where my original flight was from Denver, Colorado... to Las Vegas then to San Francisco... now that flight leaves at 9:35pm... and it so happens that it was overbooked... so they asked for volunteers for giving their seats for exchange of a different flight and a 300$ voucher... and since I was in no real hurry to get home... I volunteered for it ^^ to only get a more surprising faster direct flight than the original one from Denver, Colorado to San Francisco... which is only two hours compared to the same two hours with a lay over in Las Vegas... which would of gotten me home much later like at around 1am on Friday the 6th... the flight takes off at 9:20pm... at which point the time is close to 9pm... and I was in concourse "C" gate C30 so I took the information and hauled ass over to concourse "A" for gate A28... where my replacement flight is Frontier... instead of America West Airlines...

I definitely got to gate in more than enough time... but then I noticed that the gate A28 was empty and there was a guy at the desk who looks at me and I do the exchange and with a smile he goes "I think this is the guy we're waiting for..." so I was like "Er... yeah I guess... I was the one who volunteered to give me seat from America West Airlines..." then proceeded to hand my change in flight tickets to the guy as he issued a new boarding pass since I'm boarding onto a Frontier plane... and then the guy looks to his partner which was a female who later finishes the transaction of the new ticket and asked where I would to be placed... in which I answered... "I'm so glad you waited for me as is... I'll take whatever seat is available for I'm not picky at all... thank you for waiting for me..." in which she replies. "I'll give you the first seat of the first row... for being so kind." and that was that... onto a direct flight... with a kick ass seat arrangement... and done a good deed for a person who probably needed the seat I was in previously... ^^ all in a good smooth flight back to San Francisco...
