D-Con Update

OK, since Carl reminded me (multiple times, no teasing), we now have two rooms reserved for D-Con. If people are confirmed to be going, you need to let me or Alli know to setup who is with who in the rooms.

In two rooms, we have a total of 4 double beds, 2 in each room, which should fit 8 people. Anyone else either has to reserve a room themselves, let me or Alli know immediately to add an additional room to our reservations.

For people staying with us, money will be collected at the BEGINNING of the Con. Not to be a bear, but we will need to the money, at least I will to pay for the rooms. This will make life easier for me.

Also, parking is valet only, those of you who went last year know this already. It 22 dollars a day to park, so parking will be determined by how many cars go, and how many people are in those cars. This can all be figured out then of course, but getting this info out for everyone.

Big thing for now is if you need a room, and want one in the Marquis, get it now. They are filling up fast. If you want me to get a room for you on my reservation, let me know immediately, for best results let Alli know, cause you guys know my record with checking LJ.

Our current plan is checking in on Thursday Aug 31 and Checking out Monday Sept 4. Rates for the rooms are 150 per night per room. Parking is 22 per day per car. Sleeping arrangements will be determined later on, and we currently have two rooms, and I am going to call and attempt to reserve a 3rd room. This will give us a capacity of 12 people for now. Until I get that room, our capacity, bedwise is 8. If people want floor, it can be more, but I will try to get the room this weekend.
