Friday Night Gaming
Ok, so Im hopin the everyone will find this as funny as I did when it happened.
Once again, I have to thank all the lovely ladies who went to the pub with me in DragonCon. You helped with one the most serious hook-ups in shop history. Everyone who got one the starters was really happy, so they all love you guys.
Alright, now the funny story. I donated one of the starters to be the prize for the 4 person game at the end of the night. Short story, I won!
So, they are holding the prize over for next week, but isnt that funny. I won the damn prize that I already have. And they wouldn't give it to me!! When everyone knew that I was going to win, they were all kind of "ugh" about it, but hey, thats how games go. Here's the thing, I was going to give everyone a chance to take the starter, since I didnt need it. I was simply going to walk to the other end of the room, and the first person to walk up and plant a big kiss on my ass, would walk out the winner. Seemed fair to me, what do you guys think? Anyway, someone next week will have the chance to beat me again in order to win it, so we'll see what happens.
*Runs about screaming "I'm the champion!"*
