I rock.
I worked my butt off yesterday. I unloaded the truck into a -18 degree freezer (without a jacket), helped run a 1:56 lunch time, and changed the marquee.
The marquee is the big sign outside a building; it usually has the logo for the company and then a message on it. I made the mistake of admitting to the training manager that I'd never changed it before. It took me 20 minutes to get a single "i" on the sign. It was fun though. See, you have to use this long stick thing with a suction cup at the end to get the letter up the sign, and after I got my second letter up, I let go of the stick (just to see how strong that suction cup really was), and it just hung there! For like 20 seconds! So there I am pointly widely at the stick to this guy at the intersection.
Yeah, the whole town thinks I'm crazy now. Oh wells.
Also, after work I went to Taco Bell. It's a 79cent fee to use your debit card at Taco Bell, but I'd used my last cash at the gas station that morning (that BigKat was totally worth it, btw), so I walk up the cash register and ask the cashier if I can bum a few bucks.
And it worked!

Of course the cashier was my mother, so that strategy may not work for everyone.
