EU Summary
Everyone needs some time off from work once in a while, even the Valar. With this in mind Manwë himself has decided he needs some time away from Valinor to wander around, see a bit of Middle-earth, meet folks, listen to some interesting music and catch up on his emails.
So now the Vala King is wandering, relaxing (and wearing a form very like a Finnish cellist whose band he's taken a fondness to).
Due to an order from his Atar, Eru, Manwë is not allowed to use his Valar powers too much. He may use them to travel (only when he's alone though) and maybe to play small tricks but he's not allowed to do big things.
