The days after Christmas usually spent eating the leftovers. This year, we'll be eating the leftovers AND the pile of unprepared food that was purchased because my brother went a little crazy and at one point we were going to have six different salads, one of which the recipe says serves 10-12, and four different kinds of meat. To be clear, we were hosting the extended family get together, but even then we could'd halved what we served quite esaily. We are set for the next two weeks.
Amongst what we did serve was steaks. Eye fillet steaks. Which are now left overs. Which I can now make into steak sandwiches. Christmas leftovers are GOOD.
In other news, I need 2-4 volunteers to help me break in a new boardgame, Kingsburg. Takers?
