I feel guilty.
I do believe i'm going...MODERATE. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH shoot me now!
It is my current belief that as far as foreign policy is concerned, Kerry is only slightly better than the lesser of two evils. The only diffence i see in the two policies as such, is that Kerry would curry favor from the international community before taking action...both Kerry and Bush have stated the possibility of attacks on Syria, Iran, and North Korea; Kerry has stated his interest in UN backing, while Bush has shown a blatent disregard for the rest of the world; particularly continental Europe...a small difference, because Germany and England, two of the three major influences in Europe, buckled to Bush's pressure. Tony Blare (Blair?)'s support, however, is not really a big deal, him being Bush's personal lapdog. The German gov't did not actively speak out against the Iraq war, and, being a major world economic power, have reaped the benifits of a couple contracts in Iraq (Haliburton, and some English firms, however recieved the greater part of these contracts, as i'm sure you're aware).
The Domestic Policy debate, as always, is a no brainer. Bush 0, Kerry Infinity. I won't even start about it.
But the foreign policy thing is really bugging me.
I s'ppose i'm turning into an 'Anybody but Bush or Nader' person, as apposed to a 'Kerry' person.
Anyway, I leave you with the quote that made my trip to India worthwile:
From a ICIC Bank billboard outside of Cennai Int'l Airport:
"Recieve loans at lower interest rates than Bush's IQ. It doesn't get any lower than that. Call now."
