Reposted important memory from my old journal
Tonight this happened:
They did a full rehearsal earlier in the rain so it was basically a private concert. Bono was trying to save his voice so he mumbled half the songs. It's not everyday you get to hear U2 perform so casually like that. Bono was waltzing around with an umbrella singing Singing In The Rain a few times during the rehearsal, and The Beatles song Rain. He could hear us cheering so he'd talk to us between songs from the distance of a literally a football stadium away.
Tomorrow shall be the greatest show I shall witness.
