Ended 2008 by going to Talmadge to friends' place. Lots of people dropped by who I didn't expect to see. Could have returned a book and given a gift. Le sigh...
Ended up staying the night on a too-small-for-me couch with a pillow that the back of my head did not like. So I woke up not feeling well. Then the hostess made breakfast. It sat in my stomach bad. Then a friend decided to play GTA. I played a bit too but it got to be too much. Then my friend kept playing and playing and playing and motion sickness kicked in kinda like when I watched Blair Witch and Cloverfield and some shitty shitty student films. Drove the hour home. BLORK. Then to bed. Two years in a row. Oy...

Did I write about some girl named after dessert? If not I will soon. It goes along with my sitcom life.
I intend to keep track of everything I read this year. We'll see how long this lasts.
Wednesday I interview for a promotion. It would put me back at the office I was at previously. Stress wise this is not good. Career wise and financially this would be a potentially good move. We'll see.
