I can honestly say I don't think I have, and am probably happier that way. I don't need to turn my conversations into something that looks like a psychotherapists convention on crack.

The question game doesn't affect your language too badly. People who aren't in the know can be present and not even realize it's being played.

Trying to speak or write while avoiding a letter of the alphabet (except perhaps for q) is, I freely admit, pathological.
